Drawing up a job and competency profile for ideal candidate In order to be able to select the right candidates, we draw up a job and competency profile together with you. In addition, we determine a recruitment strategy tailored to your company. Searching and selecting suitable candidates Our specialized advisors not only search for candidates with the right knowledge and skills, but also check whether the candidate is a good fit for your company. We use our (online) recruitment channels and our extensive database of motivated candidates with various qualities, specialisms and competencies to find suitable candidates. Determine together which candidates will be invited. Your advisor will keep you informed about the procedure and the results. As soon as we have found the suitable candidates, we will determine together with you which candidates will be invited for an introductory interview. Conducting job interviews You conduct the job interview with the selected candidates yourself. Of course you will be assisted by your advisor. You choose who you want to hire. Interviewing the terms of employment You can choose to hire the candidate directly yourself, but you also have the option of offering the candidate a temporary or secondment contract through GM workforce. We would like to inform you about the possibilities. If you hire the candidate yourself, you will have the conversation about the terms of employment yourself. If you first opt for a contract via GM Workforce, we will conduct the terms of employment interview for you.
