Searching and selecting suitable candidates Our specialized advisors not only search for candidates with the right knowledge and skills, but also check whether the candidate is a good fit for your company. We use our (online) recruitment channels and our extensive database of motivated candidates with various qualities, specialisms and competencies to find suitable candidates. Conducting job interviews You conduct the job interview with the selected candidates yourself. Of course you will be assisted by your advisor. You choose who you want to hire. Interviewing the terms of employment You can choose to hire the candidate directly yourself, but you also have the option of offering the candidate a temporary or secondment contract through GM workforce. We would like to inform you about the possibilities. If you hire the candidate yourself, you will have the conversation about the terms of employment yourself. If you first opt for a contract via GM Workforce, we will conduct the terms of employment interview for you.
